Finance Manager Role Summary

This position involves overseeing financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project.

As a Finance Manager, you will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls. This role reports to the GBS+ Global Controller and is based in Buenos Aires.

  • Responsibilities:">
    • ">
    • Oversee One Ecolab accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures.">
    • Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls.">
    • Develop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders.">
    • Support GBS+ controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materials.">
    • Supervise and develop two analysts.">

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.">
  • 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.">
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, building and maintaining models).">
  • Demonstrated ability in variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end, and forecasting.">
  • Ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure.">
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).">
