We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Operational Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of agricultural products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting physical stock surveys in silos and warehouses.
  • Inspecting consumer products and verifying their quality and safety.
  • Preparing written supporting documents for inspections, following national and international standards.
  • Carrying out rapid tests on agricultural products and analyzing results.
  • Homogenizing and preparing samples for analysis.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sorting soy, vegetables, and corn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
