Senior Software Engineer Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and develop core backend services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design event-driven data pipelines that ensure seamless integration and efficient processing.
  • Oversee the reliability and performance of systems that process critical financial transactions for clients.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years in professional software development with mid- or senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in Go (or comparable backend language) and SQL (Postgres or equivalent).
  • Experience with event buses/queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Solid testing discipline: unit, integration, and end-to-end testing expertise.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
