Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality and timely completion of maintenance tasks performed by the team, achieving 100% service compliance
  • Adhere to the company's QHSE policies and procedures on-site, including LOTO, ESR, lifting protocols, tool calibration, spill prevention, and technician PPE
  • Plan and manage resources effectively, ensuring tools, manpower, and spare parts are available for maintenance activities, including three-month, six-month, and yearly forecasts
  • Anticipate service material needs and submit requests promptly
  • Conduct HSE and operational audits regularly
  • Provide consistent reporting to the Plant Manager on key maintenance KPIs, including scope compliance, mean time between services, compliance rates, mean time between failures, and cost per hour
  • Achieve project margins and financial objectives through effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels on-site, managing stock according to best practices, including service order bookings and weekly inventory checks of major components
  • Oversee site reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of failure reports and follow up on warranty claims
  • Conduct induction, performance evaluations, and training for direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all operations
  • Adhere to maintenance reporting procedures for all equipment under supervision
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM and CI methodologies
  • Communicate any abnormal failure trends to the central maintenance team following preliminary site reviews
  • Ensure the oil sample tracker is updated with relevant actions
  • Lead on-site product testing and trials, providing comprehensive reports to the Plant Manager and project operations teams
