Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the video production ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution of high-quality videos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead entire video production workflow from raw footage to final publishing
  • Coordinate resources across editing, thumbnail, and publishing teams
  • Manage channel optimization and publishing schedules for multiple clients
  • Track and optimize team capacity and production efficiency
  • Implement and refine production SOPs and best practices
  • Monitor YouTube analytics and adjust strategies for maximum channel growth
  • Ensure consistent turnaround times while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in video production management, preferably in YouTube content
  • Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and optimization strategies
  • Experience managing creative teams and coordinating multiple projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Excellence in organization and timeline management
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization
