We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Platinion. As an IT Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and leverage technology to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with client leadership teams to understand their key challenges and develop tailored IT strategies
- Deploy customized IT solutions, digital platforms, and architecture to unlock the digital potential of our clients
- Evaluate and coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations and escalations
- Contribute to the development of ground-breaking projects by enabling clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation
- 3+ years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
- University degree with above-average academic performance in information technology, computer science, or computer engineering
- Experience from a top consulting firm (focused on technology, digital initiatives) in IT organization and process development
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus
- Strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- IT Modernization
- Solution & Enterprise Architecture
- Marketing, Sales & Service Platforms (CRM)
- Physical & Digital Channels (Including Mobile)
- ERP (SAP) & Manufacturing Platforms
- Banking & Insurance Platforms
- People, HR, Collaboration Platforms
- Applied Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA, Chatbots, Blockchain, IOT
- DevOps & Bimodal IT
- Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms
- Cyber Security
- Track record of Agile consulting and advisory with experience in Digital and Agile transformations at scale
- Ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel to clients worldwide to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm, and win the trust of clients
- A strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus, and mental agility with a results orientation
You will be based in Sao Paulo and will have the opportunity to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites, depending on client needs and project nature.
