We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating order management, auditing and monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

You will be responsible for connecting to customer portals and systems, supporting forecasting/billing/collection activities, and working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.

Additionally, you will work together with people from the business unit, contact clients under guidance, and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and commercial operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent/ native Portuguese and intermediate English">
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel">
  • Knowledge in integrated system/ ERP (SAP is a plus)">
