Job Title:

Community and Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic professional to build, engage, and grow our digital audience across social platforms and online communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and community strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, including text, images, and video.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, advocates, and industry influencers to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor online sentiment, respond promptly to comments, and manage the company's digital reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure performance, analyze engagement data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management, online community building, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above required).
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools.
  • High attention to detail, creative mindset, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience managing crises, online reputation, and customer engagement issues professionally.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing trends and digital engagement best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Telecom, Hosting, or Data Center industries.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social listening tools.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth tech company.
