Key Responsibilities:- Local Accounting Compliance: Ensure a thorough understanding of local accounting GAAP requirements and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees, as well as full and final settlements.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor invoices, fixed assets, and provisions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Internal Controls: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls to prevent financial misstatements and ensure compliance.
- Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely payment of advance tax and filing of returns, as well as compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Indirect Tax Compliance: Ensure timely payment of indirect taxes and filing of returns, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations.
- SAP Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of SAP, preferably with experience in financial modules.
