Tourism Investment Manager

This role oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive investment strategy across hospitality, leisure, and real estate sectors in Latin America and the Caribbean region.
The successful candidate will spearhead the design and execution of IDB Invest's tourism and real estate strategy and investment program, working closely with investment teams to ensure alignment with institutional priorities.

- Cultivate strong relationships with leading global clients to generate new investment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with regional investment teams to provide expert sector insights during due diligence processes.
- Lead engagement with public sector teams and the Regions Department to support governments in identifying and addressing regulatory gaps.
- Lead industry research to support business origination and execution, ensuring alignment with IDB Invest's investment strategy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 + years of experience in the tourism and real estate sector, with established relationships at C-level management of key industry players. The candidate should also have experience in a similar role in an investment firm or development bank, as well as proven client relationship skills.
