Product Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our product development environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing key functions and driving best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the release process for multi-platform systems with distributed teams.
  • To drive engineering teams to achieve high standards.
  • To establish and manage expectations within the organization.
  • To operate in an agile framework, preferably in media or technology companies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years experience supporting full development life cycles for Android, Apple Web, or other ecosystems.
  • Experience with app submission in major app store portals.
  • Release management experience in agile frameworks.
  • Experience driving change in branching strategy, semantic versioning, sprint planning, and dependency management.
  • Experience working with global teams and coordination dependencies.

Desirable Skills:

  • CICD workflows and QA automation workflows.
  • Change management processes.
