We are seeking a Data Engineering leader to drive data-driven decision making and develop advanced data and analytics tools.

About the Role

This role is responsible for defining and implementing scalable data analytics architecture, building complex data pipelines, integrating and consolidating large datasets, and delivering business insights by combining various data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data analytics architecture using Databricks platform.
  • Create and optimize complex data pipelines and ETL processes for processing large-scale datasets.
  • Integrate, consolidate, cleanse, and structure large datasets to enable business insights, reporting, and machine learning use cases.
  • Deliver business insights by combining various data sources to understand business performance (e.g., sales data, customer satisfaction data, digital analytics data).
  • Source, collect, and research new internal and external data sets.
  • Establish and implement data governance processes.
  • Coordinate data engineering and analysis work between technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare and coordinate data sharing and usage.
