Main Responsibilities:
- Champion Software Excellence & Talent Development: Promote strong SDLC practices, mentor junior developers, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
- Lead Automation Use Cases Architecture: Design scalable solutions using GenAI, API, D&A, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and Enterprise Architecture.
- End-to-End Platform Development: Build and maintain front-end and back-end layers that support GenAI workflows and agentic interactions.
- API & Agent Framework Integration: Design robust REST and GraphQL APIs for real-time agent communication, tool execution, and memory handling.
- ETL & Data Pipeline Architecture: Architect and optimize ETL pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
- Cloud-Native Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy and scale services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and delivery teams to align technical execution with strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cloud Platform Proficiency: Solid experience in architecting, deploying, and managing applications across leading cloud platforms.
- Embedded Systems and CI/CD: Experience with embedded devices, operating systems, and server-client architecture.
- Architecture Design: Experience in Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
- .NET Development Skills: Extensive hands-on experience in building scalable applications using .NET technologies.
- Integration with SAP and Salesforce: Demonstrated ability to integrate .NET applications with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
- Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of security practices related to cloud-hosted applications.
- Scalability and High Availability: Proven expertise in designing highly scalable and resilient applications.
- Agile Development Practices: Strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Strategic Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to address complex technical challenges with a strategic mindset.
