We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at ProVeg International. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing our digital channels, primarily on social media, to grow a community in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy to create and grow a community in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
- Create engaging social media content that aligns with our branding and content schedules.
- Manage social media ads and interact with our community, building loyal relationships and collaborating with influencers.
- Edit and translate articles for our website, write new blog posts, and create and manage newsletters.
- Analyze statistics and report on our social media performance.
- Adapt and implement international campaigns, and develop knowledge of plant-based-related issues and trends relevant to the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish - native Latin American Spanish speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, advertising and PR, or master's degree in community management or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in managing digital channels.
- Highly creative mind, independent, and proactive self-starter.
- Experience creating content for social media networks, and basic knowledge of WordPress.
- Excellent copywriting skills, strong collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Identification with ProVeg International's values, goals, and mission.
- Knowledge of SEO, experience using Mailchimp, and analytical and multitasking skills.
- Experience in working with people from different backgrounds, and a strong commitment to equal opportunities.
- Photography and video creating/editing skills, and existing network of relevant bloggers and influencers in Latam.
- Experience in handling project-management tools, especially Wrike.
