Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver patient safety curriculums with technical training teams, manage external training vendors for system trainings, create and execute role-specific training programs, evaluate safety database and other system-specific training test cases, coordinate SDB trainer reviews and approve users for production access, develop and execute role-specific certification programs for drug device safety professionals, and schedule periodic and as-needed re-trainings for key processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Patient Safety Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver patient safety curriculums with technical training teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of patient safety principles.
  • Training Vendor Management: Manage external training vendors for system trainings to ensure timely and effective delivery of training content.
  • Role-Specific Training Programs: Create and execute role-specific training programs to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Safety Database Evaluation: Evaluate safety database and other system-specific training test cases to identify areas for improvement.
  • Trainer Review and Approval: Coordinate SDB trainer reviews and approve users for production access to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Certification Programs: Develop and execute role-specific certification programs for drug device safety professionals to demonstrate expertise and competence.
  • Training Re-Runs: Schedule periodic and as-needed re-trainings for key processes to maintain employee proficiency and compliance.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare: Bachelor's degree in healthcare courses required.
  • Pharmacovigilance Experience: Previous strong experience with pharmacovigilance and PV reporting essential.
  • English Language Skills: Fluent English language skills required.
  • Argus Safety Experience: Experience with Argus Safety required.
  • QC Experience: QC experience is a plus.
