We are seeking a Abuse Prevention Program Manager who will lead Abuse programs in Brazil. This PM has to be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis, and process improvement. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, customer-focused, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The Program manager will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and improve recurrent mechanisms to track results of BR Abuse programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes based on data.
  • Work with stakeholders to guarantee end-to-end perspective of Abuse impacts.
  • Implement programmatic changes to drive profitability, not limited to tech investments.
Requirements
  • Proven program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in complex problem-solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, or related field.
