We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Expert to join our team.
- This role involves working on the construction of a new embassy compound.
- You will be responsible for reviewing contractor submittals, preparing responses to Requests for Information (RFI), and evaluating proposed submittal substitutions with engineering implications.
- The selected candidate must have experience in coordinating Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) and reviewing design calculations and data from an engineering perspective.
To qualify for this position, you must have an ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or active P.E. from the U.S., as well as an active Secret U.S. clearance and 7+ years of construction management experience.
