As a marketing innovator, you'll partner with senior customer executives to develop and execute customized growth strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and engagement using Amplitude's digital analytics platform.
- Develop strategic business plans to quantify marketing impact and identify actionable insights for expansion and customer value.
- Collaborate internally with Product, Sales, and Professional Services teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements and tailored growth strategies.
- Lead analytical analyses of customer engagement data to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
This role requires proven expertise in growth marketing, user acquisition, CRM, and lifecycle marketing strategies, leveraging behavioral analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Braze, or Insider. You should have experience managing large-scale paid and organic user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning: Develop strategic business plans to quantify marketing impact and identify actionable insights for expansion and customer value.

Analytics: Lead analytical analyses of customer engagement data to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Expertise: Proven expertise in growth marketing, user acquisition, CRM, and lifecycle marketing strategies, leveraging behavioral analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Braze, or Insider.
Campaign Management: Experience managing large-scale paid and organic user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with senior customer executives to develop and execute customized growth strategies.
Requirements5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, CRM, or similar roles
Proven success managing large-scale paid and organic user acquisition campaigns
Deep experience with lifecycle and engagement marketing strategies, CRM, and retention programs, leveraging behavioral analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Braze, or Insider
Expertise in modeling and optimizing marketing spend, using predictive analytics to accurately forecast LTV/CAC
Track record of successfully influencing senior executive stakeholders and driving adoption of sophisticated growth and analytics technologies
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to clearly translate data insights into strategic growth recommendations
Strong communication and business acumen, capable of effectively presenting complex technical and strategic concepts to senior executives
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
