Responsibilities

The Quality and HSE Manager in Latin America will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and governing the Business Unit Quality and Safety vision, strategy, and goals.

  • Deploying and maintaining Quality and Safety Management Systems.

  • Ensuring effective change management processes are established and followed within the Operating Unit (OU).

  • Managing and coordinating OU audit programs and associated actions.

  • Evaluating risks, problems, and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Global Product Group Management, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Your expertise in identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions will be critical in this role.
