Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations to ensure compliance with established processes and controls.

  • A degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required.
  • You will participate in the end-to-end payroll process, including input updates, payroll controls, and final settlements payments.
  • Management of post-payroll processes, such as accounting, union payments, and social security, is also a key responsibility.
  • Generating reports and providing insights to stakeholders is another important task.
  • Key qualities for success in this role include results orientation, teamwork and collaboration, attention to detail, proactivity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
