SAP Technical Support Specialist

The SAP iXp Intern - Product Support ByD Technology role is ideal for students who are passionate about learning and growth. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of technical topics and develop your problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving known errors, creating Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums. You will also have the chance to share your knowledge and collaborate with other team members.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and stays curious. If you're interested in learning new technologies and working in a dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
