Job Title: Financial Operations Expert

As a Financial Operations Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor setups, invoices, employee travel expenses, and intercompany billings. You will be responsible for planning and reviewing daily production to ensure delivery of outputs per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will support and complete month-end book closure activities, lead performance reviews for team members, and provide training and refresher sessions to ensure error-free delivery of process output.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Graduation in Administration or Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting domain - Accounts Payable/ Expense Reimbursement/ Reconciliations.
- Subject matter expertise in financial operations and management systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative mind and AI focus for improvements of processes.
- Proactive behavior and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
