Job Title: Finance Director


Job Description:


We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Finance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements
  • Provide strategic guidance on financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other significant transactions

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
