Construction Technician

As a Technical Specialist in Building Construction, you will be responsible for assisting in various project activities.
You will work on projects involving sanitation and hydraulic systems, conducting site measurements and budgeting according to client requirements.
The role involves taking photographic reports and performing quantitative surveys necessary for budget execution and measurements.
Additionally, you will assist the quality department with routine activities and contribute to developing and implementing documentation related to policies, procedures, and organizational charts.
Consultation of industry norms, reports, and licenses is also an essential part of this role, as well as monitoring non-conformities, preventive actions, and opportunities for improvement.
Preparation of technical reports is also required. A technical degree in Building Construction is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess strong report preparation skills and proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project.
