Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team.

• As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the execution of technical and safety training programs.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external training requests and inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolutions.
• Your responsibilities will include course scheduling, room allocation, vendor management, report generation, record maintenance, and logistical support for local training initiatives.
• You will also coordinate Learning Management Systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• In addition, you will organize assessment centers, on-site/off-site training events, and track vendor invoices and expenses.
