Medical Affairs Manager

This role oversees the development of clinical practice to support increased adoption of key products and services. It requires a strong network focus, both internally and externally.

  • Drive GEM Medical Affairs strategy in LATAM by implementing robust KOL Management.
  • Provide high-quality medical and scientific expertise for content development.
  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive KOL management plan to drive strategic engagement in LATAM markets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling medical and scientific content.

• Foster partnerships with key medical societies and stakeholders to promote product adoption.

Requirements:

  • A degree in nursing or equivalent is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in medical devices, biotechnology, and tissue biologics.
