About the Role:

  • Transform user interfaces using ServiceNow technology, enhancing the overall look and feel.
  • Develop comprehensive concepts for user experience within products, ensuring seamless interactions for customers and employees.
  • Design aesthetic solutions to be implemented within projects.
  • Conduct research, analyze findings, and prepare design strategies for customer cases.
  • Provide ad-hoc UX/UI advisory services and conduct workshops with customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create high-performing interfaces.
  • Experience working with development teams.
  • Knowledge of Information Architecture, Personas, and User flows.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to optimize data.
  • Effective prioritization and project management skills.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Commitment to ongoing education and research in UX/UI trends.
