Industrialization Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Industrialization Project Manager to drive the implementation of industrial strategy across our Closures sites in LATAM. As a key subject matter expert, you will support sites in managing all industrialization projects, including revamping, production line relocation, and capacity increase for existing products.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in industrial project management. They will be able to promote and maintain a safety culture beyond legal requirements and contribute to the design and deployment of an appropriate industrial strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of industrial strategy through the promotion of industrial standards and blueprints.
  • Support sites in managing all industrialization projects, including revamping, production line relocation, and capacity increase for existing products.
  • Promote technological innovation and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to high-level cost-saving and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in industrial project management.
  • Ability to promote and maintain a safety culture beyond legal requirements.
  • Experience in contributing to the design and deployment of an appropriate industrial strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
