We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the role of Key Account Technical Liaison. This position plays a crucial part in our sales process, focusing on developing a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team, customers, and product development teams to ensure successful product adoption and use. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within customer organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products or services.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Design customized solutions based on customer specifications, incorporating our products or services.
- Provide input to product development based on market trends and customer needs.
- Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with key technical contacts within customer organizations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or industry certification and experience.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends for both Commercial and Federal in North America / Latin America.
