We are seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Expert to bridge the gap between data insights and business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic decisions.
About the Role:
This position involves working closely with product development, customer relationship management, and leadership teams to uncover user behavior patterns, identify revenue leaks, and prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying areas of improvement, and developing actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user funnels, churn patterns, and credit purchasing behavior using advanced data analytics tools.
- Identify top revenue opportunities and provide insightful analysis with estimated return on investment impact.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features that enhance user retention and monetization.
- Work with CRM specialists to uncover campaign opportunities based on user behavior and lifecycle triggers.
- Help design and analyze A/B tests (pricing, upsells, onboarding flows, etc.).
- Build business cases and revenue forecasts for new product or campaign initiatives.
- Track business health through regular performance metrics, always looking ahead.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Growth Analyst in a digital product, SaaS, freemium, gaming, or dating platform.
- Strong experience using Tableau - confident in exploring and interpreting complex datasets.
- Proven ability to link user behavior and product performance to actual revenue outcomes.
- Excellent command of metrics like retention curves, LTV, CAC, ARPU, and cohort analysis.
- Ability to synthesize data and clearly communicate both insights and recommendations.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, CRM, and tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven: focus on proposing growth ideas, not just reports.
