Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Identify target markets, create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, and set KPIs to measure success.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels like paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
  • Lead Generation: Design initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
  • Customer Acquisition: Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, extract actionable insights, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test different marketing approaches to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies.
