Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and refining Voice AI scripts to make them sound natural, persuasive, and human-like.

  • Create engaging Voice Prompts & Scripts that resonate with customers.
  • Design Call Flows to handle objections, FAQs, and booking scenarios effectively.
  • Measure & Optimize: Use conversion rates, booking data, and call recordings to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Product: Ensure the AI reflects real-world sales best practices and customer-friendly language.
  • Push Human-Like Precision: Balance warmth, brevity, and performance so no customer ever feels robotic.
