About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master System Architect to join our team at CI&T. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to our client's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all aspects of the project, ensuring goals are achieved within planned deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure quality and security standards are met, and that projects are executed with a systemic and holistic vision.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage systems, virtualization, and security in on-premises environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging project management methodologies and budget management skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (excellent conversational skills required for meetings with clients and teams).
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage systems, virtualization, and security.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
  • Process mapping and project management skills.
  • Systemic and holistic vision, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
