Lead Deckhand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Deckhand to join our team on board an FPSO vessel. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for assisting with rotating job duties for 14 days at a time. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with deck operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
- Coordinating with other crew members to ensure smooth operation of the vessel
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Up-to-date STCW certificates
- Strong English communication skills
- CBSP certification
