Backend Engineering Position

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and maintainable software systems using various technologies including Typescript, NestJS, Relational and Non-Relational Databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing robust backend components using clean code principles and separation of concerns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality RESTful APIs and architecting software systems that prioritize scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Ensuring the implementation of testing frameworks and writing unit tests to ensure the quality of the codebase.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong understanding of software design principles, clean code practices, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Proficient in Typescript, NestJS, Relational and Non-Relational Databases, with hands-on experience using DynamoDB and RDS.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD and deployments pipelines), utilizing tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for development and deployment.
  • Experience with Python and/or Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus.
