Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale cutting-edge Generative AI systems, focusing on distributed training and inference. The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, experience with cloud platforms, and knowledge of modern AI tooling.

The role involves designing and implementing scalable GenAI infrastructure, developing production-grade code using software engineering best practices, collaborating with research and engineering teams to productionize AI solutions, driving product and project planning for AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives, deploying AI systems to cloud environments, and evaluating their performance, reliability, and maintainability.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in Python development and software engineering, including real-world experience designing, implementing, and optimizing microservices and working hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments.
  • 3+ Years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems in production environments, including deployment strategies, observability practices, and use of cloud providers.
  • 2+ Years of experience working with GenAI frameworks and techniques, addressing GenAI-specific challenges, and staying current with emerging trends and tools in the AI/ML ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to reason about trade-offs in AI system design and to stay current with emerging trends and tools.
