About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our cloud-init team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of software developers
  • Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define the vision and strategy for cloud-based solutions
  • Effectively communicate with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Advocate and advance modern software development practices
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving growth and has a strong track record of developing high-performing teams. You should have 3+ years of experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers. Experience leading distributed teams is a plus.

You should be knowledgeable and passionate about software development, focused on delivering timely and high-quality results. You should have experience working in an agile environment and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
