Law Enforcement Outreach Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Global Law Enforcement Outreach team.

This unique role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies and judicial entities to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with law enforcement agencies and judicial entities to enhance collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and law enforcement, ensuring alignment and understanding of organizational policies and technologies.
  • Create and implement outreach strategies and partnership programs with law enforcement and judicial systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Public Safety, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, legal affairs, or related outreach roles, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian law enforcement and judicial landscape, as well as relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
