About the Role
In this position, you will leverage IBM IT solutions within the Latin America Region, utilizing technical and communication skills to enable and influence IBM business partners and customers. As part of a team of TD Synnex architects, your mission will be to technically support business initiatives of IBM resellers in Latin America, promoting IBM solutions for the TD Synnex ecosystem and the IT market.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical solutions expertise to customers and their end users in a consultative sales environment.
• Develop complete solutions to meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Maintain new and current technical expertise across various technologies, including data center, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and cloud solutions.
• Provide internal and external technical presentations and training.
• Act as a visionary for recommending strategic vendors to enhance TD SYNNEX's line card.
• Work with sales to identify new or existing customers for specific technologies.
• Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required.

Requirements
• Proven leadership experience in understanding and presenting the value proposition of IT solutions and products.
• Three years or more of proven experience working as a pre-sales specialist or IT architect for security solutions.
• Experience working with hybrid multicloud environments.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure alternatives with servers, virtual machines, and containers.
• Knowledge of information security governance process.
• Knowledge of technological platforms such as SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and SIEM.
• Good communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Comfortable with the use of digital media and digital content creation.
• Self-learning.
• Work experience with an enterprise product vendor like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
• Experience with the IT solution sizing and pricing process.
• Good knowledge about cloud solutions and their adoption.
• Knowledge of IBM Cloud Paks products.
• Good understanding of IT container platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift.
• Experience with Incident Response - CSIRT.
• Practical experience within a SOC - Security Operation Center.
• Knowledge of security and technologies in Cloud.
• Five years or more playing the IT architect role, understanding business problems, and defining IT solutions for it.
