Aircraft Technical Solutions Expert

This role involves receiving and handling technical demands from aircraft operators in Brazil via the Webtek platform, based on manuals and publications available for each aircraft model. The goal is to provide answers and technical solutions to operators and maintenance workshops.
The Technical Representative will also carry out technical visits to aircraft customers to better understand and assess the characteristics of the operation and technical demands of each operator. This includes preparing technical reports, advising customers on the use of Airbus manuals and online tools, good maintenance practices, and working on breakdown solutions.
The representative will interact with internal departments, such as production line and maintenance workshop, to request airworthiness documents for its aircraft from customers using available communication tools. This enables aircraft to operate with quality and safety.
The role also involves responding to any technical demands from internal departments. This requires receiving technical demands and providing support in troubleshooting solutions to enable aircraft to be delivered to customers on time with quality and safety.
Additionally, the Technical Representative will identify breakdowns related to aeronautical incidents by means of breakdown research and judgment. They will duly record and communicate these incidents to responsible parties to implement preventive actions.
The representative will also identify and prepare product improvement proposals based on the history of technical demands handled. These proposals will be documented in the form of a report to present to relevant stakeholders.
Furthermore, the Technical Representative will obtain aircraft data from customers as often as necessary to maintain the fleet update rate at levels defined by the manufacturer.
