Process Improvement Director

The role of Process Improvement Director is pivotal in advancing operational efficiency and user experience. This position combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks across workstreams.
- Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within operations, leveraging data and insights to streamline workflows.
- Create robust business cases that articulate trade-offs, risks, costs, and resource implications to support investment and prioritization decisions.
- 5–10 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on HR transformation or enterprise change management.
- Deep understanding of HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and HR Technology.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
