AI Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development and implementation of machine learning models.

• Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques including deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing and conversational AI design.

• They will deploy, monitor and maintain machine learning models in production environments ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Developing and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage will also be an essential responsibility.

• The ideal candidate should have exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to model performance, data quality and deployment.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions with frontend and backend components seamlessly is crucial.

• Effective communication with team members, stakeholders and non-technical persons as well as collaboration within a team sharing knowledge with other developers is required.

• A strong commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends is necessary.

• Experience and Expertise:

• 4+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer with a proven track record of solving real-world problems.

• Proficiency in Python is mandatory.

• A deep understanding of data and data pipelines including experience in data cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering is essential.

• Experience with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, scikit-learn and PyTorch is necessary.

• Implementing MLOps best practices including automated model retraining, monitoring and testing is a must.

• Personal Qualities:

• The ability to learn quickly and work independently is vital.

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills are essential.

• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others is required.

• Experience with Vertex AI Studio in GCP is a plus.
