Revenue Integrity Manager

This role involves overseeing the management of professional staff responsible for managing and implementing Charge Description Master (CDM) initiatives. The goal is to ensure revenue management, revenue protection, and accurate claims production.
- Ensure the integrity of CDM and charge capture processes
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to improve CDM and charge capture processes
- Facilitate education on CDM and charge capture best practices
- Evaluate and maintain workflow processes to ensure efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Minimum of five years healthcare-related experience required
- Working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the healthcare industry
- Prior CDM or charge capture experience required
Benefits
- Competitive salary: $81,952.00 - $122,907.00 annually
- Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25%
- Management time off (vacation & sick leave)
