ABOUT THE POSITION

The Content Engineering division is in search of a motivated, insightful, and collaborative professional who possesses strong technical, functional, and communication abilities. As a Content Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the localization of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud offerings. Your responsibilities will include creating pre-configured business settings tailored for specific regional versions, often referred to as Best Practices.

We are looking for a seasoned Logistics consultant with a background in SAP Logistics implementation projects, having successfully completed at least three full lifecycle implementations. Ideally, the candidate should have familiarity with Latin American markets, including countries such as Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. The preferred qualifications include expertise in the following domains:

SAP Logistics Expertise
Proficient in the configuration and understanding of the following processes:

• Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
• Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Sales Operations
• Shipping and Transportation
• Billing Processes
• SD Pricing
• Production Planning
• Quality Control

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate the configuration settings provided for the German S/4HANA solution and implement necessary localization adjustments for various country-specific solutions.

• Develop and maintain content for the SAP S/4HANA country solutions tailored for Latin American nations.

• Test and assess various business processes delivered, making requisite modifications to the configuration or documentation as necessary.

• Support the resolution of customer incidents utilizing SAP's incident management tools.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with adaptability and assertiveness.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience as a management assistant is advantageous.

• Capacity to work within a cross-cultural and multi-location organization.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Practical knowledge of legal requirements for one or more of the following countries is beneficial: Colombia, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina.
