Senior AI Architect

This is a high-level technical leadership role where you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems that drive innovation in healthcare.
About the Role- Develop and lead AI systems across the organization to deliver world-class results.
- Design and implement robust A/B testing, intelligent routing, monitoring, and reliability fallbacks for core AI infrastructure.
- Drive AI adoption in clinical settings, automate manual processes, create AI assistants for clinical teams, and measure impact on patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Enhance the conversion funnel with AI-driven outreach and sales automation, exploring tools like AI video generation, voice synthesis, and behavioral prediction.
- 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong experience building production applications powered by large language models (LLMs); expertise in prompt and context engineering, RAG, model fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proficient in TypeScript and/or Python programming languages.
- Experience designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs and user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
- Experience leading engineering team members and contributing to open-source projects.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure including vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building evaluation and monitoring systems for LLMs in production.
- Cloud platform experience at enterprise scale.
- CS degree or equivalent experience.
