As a Business Development Representative at Distribusion Technologies GmbH, you will play a key role in expanding our operations and offerings in Brazil. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new carrier partners, as well as managing relationships with existing carriers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire and onboard new carrier partners, focusing on growing Distribusion's global network of bus, rail, and public transport operators in Brazil.
- Sales Process Ownership: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and CRM maintenance, to drive growth and expansion across the region.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities for Distribusion's suite of products and services, including White-Labels, BI tools, and Mobile Booking Solutions, to expand business with existing carrier partners.
- Carrier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners, ensuring smooth integration, ramp-up, and ongoing operations.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis to understand partner performance and identify opportunities within our global retail network, driving business growth and optimization.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth company, preferably in technology/software, travel agency, transportation, or logistics industry.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong networking mentality, excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment, fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), and international exposure working with global teams.
