Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics optimization.
- Oversee the service center, encompassing repair, maintenance, and charging of electric vehicles.
- Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
- Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with authorities, administration, and stakeholders to resolve any operational issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory effectively.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
- Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in managing service centers is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and market trends.
