We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting training sessions to integrate new employees into the organization
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify areas where training is required
  • Sending reminders to employees regarding procedures and work instructions at each review
  • Directing and monitoring the submission of effectiveness and reaction assessments as defined by quality management systems
  • Developing, monitoring, and evaluating the results of training programs through indicators
  • Storing, organizing, and ensuring the delivery of evidence of training carried out
  • Responding to internal audits such as ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001
  • Preparing and directing skills checks to managers
  • Sending alerts with health and safety training according to defined frequency
  • Exporting and preparing training monitoring reports
  • Updating competency and health and safety matrices according to information from managers/HR (admission, dismissal, change of function, hiring of third parties, contracting of services)
  • Preparing the training schedule and executing it together with managers and area policies, assisting in scheduling, calling, and controlling them
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, or law
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and propose solutions for improvement
