Job Description:

  • The Night Guest Attendant is an essential role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our guests during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure safety and security throughout the night.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes during after-hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks as needed, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas.
  • Complete laundry duties, such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Know and follow established emergency procedures to ensure the security and safety needs of the property and guests are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer-facing roles; hotel operations experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
