Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our global Tax team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, minimizing tax risks, and optimizing tax benefits for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation and review of tax filings
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on tax matters related to business operations and transactions
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities on tax audits and inquiries
  • Monitor tax risks and identify opportunities for tax savings
  • Responsible to calculate the Transfer pricing, cross charging costs, royalties according to OECD rules
  • Responsible to calculate the income tax as well as deferred tax
  • Assist in the preparation of tax accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage all ancillary obligation to guarantee all tax (Direct and indirect) compliance to local authorities
  • Acts as single point of contact between business, financial control and global tax team
  • Working closely with global tax to assure full adherence and global policies
  • Implementing projects (SAP, Tax tools, KPIs, new tax calculation, etc)
  • Supporting internal and external audits to obtain clean opinions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax or tax consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • The ability to read, speak, and write fluently in English (additional languages are a plus)
